Born and raised in The Bronx, New York, Cicero Salmon III is half Puerto Rican half African American. Raised by a single mother Cicero attended Prep for Prep prior to high school which assisted in his matriculation to The Lawrenceville School, in Lawrenceville NJ. Upon graduation, Cicero attended Lehigh University and graduated with a BA and BS. Cicero was a an athlete and thespian throughout high school and college. As a artist, Cicero worked in set design as well as performing. As an athlete Cicero played football, basketball, lacrosse and ran track (110 high hurdles and 400 hurdles), but it was football which he played at Lehigh, a division 1-AA program. He athletic career ended his junior year after his second knee injury. This led him to focus on show business. Cicero has had both knees operated on and still plays sports recreationally at a high level. Cicero believes in the true sense of show business understanding behind every show there is a business that drives it.
